Volleyball is played throughout the year and is available for senior girls only. They practise two sessions per week. Friendly matches and tournaments are organised with other schools.
Volleyball is a team sport that requires great skill and can be very rewarding when played properly. It develops key upper body muscles, improves sprint speed and agility due to the quick changes of pace and direction and improves overall flexibility. During the course of play, players are required to serve, pass, set, attack, block and dig the ball.
